* Automotive Upfitter - Low Voltage Systems * Location: Midlothian, VA Contract Length: 2 Months Pay: $23-$25/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts) Are you a hands-on technician with a passion for electronics and public safety? Join our team as an Automotive Upfitter and help outfit state police vehicles with cutting-edge low voltage systems and IT equipment. What You'll Be Doing: * Installing and routing cabling for cameras, LMRs (Land Mobile Radios), and other IT systems * Mounting and configuring electronic components in police vehicles * Ensuring clean, professional installations that meet safety and operational standards * Collaborating with a skilled team to meet daily build targets What We're Looking For: * 1+ year of experience in automotive upfitting, low voltage wiring, or related electronics work * Familiarity with vehicle electrical systems and diagnostic tools * Ability to read schematics and follow installation procedures * Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship * Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Why Join Us? * Work on meaningful projects that support law enforcement and public safety * Competitive hourly pay with consistent hours * Fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Opportunity to expand your skills in automotive electronics Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
