Director of Partnerships (Hybrid - Austin, TX)

Base Salary: $150,000
Commission Structure: $100,000 (On-Target Earnings: $250,000)
Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid (2-3 days in office each week)

What You'll Do


  • Design & Execute Strategy - Lead the development of our partnership roadmap and align it to company goals.



  • Win New Partners - Identify, negotiate, and close partnerships that drive measurable impact.



  • Grow Relationships - Deepen engagement with existing partners to create mutual value and accelerate expansion.



  • Lead a Team - Mentor and grow a team of partnership professionals, fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, and product.



  • Measure Success - Track performance, ROI, and market trends to refine and scale what works.

  • 10+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances (SaaS experience highly preferred).



  • Track record of delivering revenue growth and building scalable partnership models.



  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close complex deals.



  • Comfort influencing executives internally and externally.



  • Leadership experience growing and managing high-performing teams.



  • Analytical mindset to measure and communicate ROI.

Salary Range Disclosure

The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Togetherwork's total compensation package for employees.
