Sales Enablement & Training Lead
Level: Sr. Manager or Director (Depending on Experience) Build and lead enablement with real impact We're hiring a Sales Enablement & Training Lead to design and deliver the programs that empower our revenue teams to succeed - from onboarding to ongoing development. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role with the flexibility to be hired at either the Sr. Manager or Director level, depending on your experience. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to shape enablement strategy, build scalable training content, and coach reps to consistently perform. You'll also play a key role in optimizing how we use platforms like Outreach, Fathom, and AI tools to enable learning at scale. Salary Range Disclosure The base range represents the low and high end of the Togetherwork salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
