1. Maintain and uphold the College values of Learning, Excellence, Accountability, Diversity, Student Success, Teamwork, Integrity, and Respect. Regular attendance is required.
2. Complete all required College training and responsible for maintaining the skills necessary to complete the essential functions of the position as defined by the department.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance - Supporting Action/Task May Include:
- Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets including treating stains and extraction of carpets
- Dust vertical and horizontal surfaces
- Clean and Sanitize restrooms, drinking fountains, etc. using established practices and procedures
- General cleaning and maintenance including cleaning glass, spot cleaning, etc.
- Perform emergency and project-related cleaning
5. Work Order Completion and Snow Removal - Supporting Action/Task May Include:
- Plow using mechanical equipment such as skid steer, pick-up trucks with snow plows and box salters, forklifts and trucks with hydraulic dump boxes, Toolcat, Ventrac, etc..
- Physically shovel walkways
- Haul snow off site (driving to off-campus location and dumping snow; operating dump truck, skid steer, and end loader)
- *Furniture and equipment moves, pickups and deliveries
6. Process incoming and internal campus mail. Prepare and process outgoing mail and shipments - Supporting Action/Task May Include:
- Letter and parcel collection
- Manage freight shipments and storage maintenance
- Collect, sort and deliver incoming and internal campus mail, packages and copy paper orders.
- Process outgoing freight and receive and unload incoming freight shipments
- Perform warehouse storage maintenance and prepare recycling materials for shipment
This position reports to: Facility Operations Manager
Starting annual/hourly salary range based on education and experience: $18.21 - $22.37
