Position Summary


We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with a background in General Services Administration (GSA) contract management to join our Contracts & Compliance team. This hybrid position is critical to ensuring effective administration, compliance, and optimization of GSA schedules, task orders, and related federal contracting vehicles. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience managing GSA Multiple Award Schedules (MAS) and other federal contract types, with the ability to navigate compliance requirements, pricing, modifications, and reporting obligations.



Key Responsibilities



Contract Administration



  • Administer, track, and maintain a portfolio of contracts, with primary responsibility for GSA MAS contracts and task orders.
  • Review, interpret, and implement FAR, GSAR, DFARS, and agency-specific requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS), Wage Determinations, and other flow-down requirements.
  • Manage modifications, extensions, renewals, and close-outs.
  • GSA Schedule Management
  • Support GSA pricing updates, product/service additions, and contract modifications.
  • Prepare and submit mandatory reporting
  • Support audit readiness and respond to OIG or IOA reviews.
  • Monitor GSA eBuy, eLibrary, and related portals for compliance and opportunity alignment.
  • Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, FAR/DFARS/GSAR, and GSA MAS terms.
  • Partner with internal teams to provide guidance on contract deliverables, reporting, and compliance obligations.
  • Maintain accurate contract files, records, and data within internal systems.
  • Stakeholder Support
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for GSA contracts.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Program Management, and Finance to ensure contract requirements are met.
  • Support proposal review for GSA opportunities, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements.



Qualifications



Required



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in contract administration with at least 3 years focused on GSA MAS contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, GSAR, and GSA policies.
  • Demonstrated experience with GSA contract modifications, reporting, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with contract management systems and MS Office Suite.


Preferred



  • NCMA Certification (CFCM, CCCM, CPCM) or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting Defense and Civilian federal agencies.
  • Knowledge of other contract types (FFP, T&M, IDIQ, BPA).



Work Environment:


Hybrid model: 2-3 days on-site at Lexington, KY.
