We currently have an opening for a PM Culinary Lead in The Studio, Saint Kate's signature restaurant located on the second floor.

At The Studio, classic American cuisine is reimagined with seasonal ingredients and innovative presentations. As a PM Culinary Lead, you will play a vital role in bringing this vision to life, leading the evening culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation while ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

What will you be doing?
  • Lead the PM kitchen team during dinner service, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency.

  • Support menu execution by preparing and presenting dishes to ARIA standards.

  • Oversee line operations, coordinating timing between stations to ensure seamless service.

  • Train, mentor, and guide cooks to develop skills and uphold culinary standards.

  • Assist with ordering, inventory, and proper product rotation to minimize waste.

  • Ensure all kitchen areas remain clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house leaders to maintain pacing and guest satisfaction.

  • Step in to cover stations when necessary to support the team.

  • Assist the culinary leadership team with additional duties as needed.

What we are looking for:
  • Prior culinary experience required; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

  • Strong cooking skills with knowledge of various techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.

  • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to foster a collaborative kitchen culture.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and consistency.

  • Must be able to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • A passion for food, creativity, and delivering memorable dining experiences.
