Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of journal entries. * Assist with month-end and year-end closing process tasks as assigned. * Set up and maintain records for new customer credit checks for AR. * Assist with audit task as assigned. * Responsible for overseeing daily AP/AR for accuracy. * Revise/Create/Document accounting processes as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred 5+ years minimum experience in accounting or finance. Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus. * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Solid communication and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with QuickBooks preferred.
