POSITION OVERVIEW The Coordinator for the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) Program will oversee the operations of a therapeutic treatment program serving up to 12 girls, ages 12-18, who have been identified as survivors of human trafficking. This role requires a highly skilled, compassionate leader who will be responsible for the safety, well-being, and support of the clients, as well as the supervision and development of staff. The Coordinator will provide direct supervision to Youth Care Professionals, will ensure daily programming and structure is adhered to, comply with daily documentation, promote a positive and safe culture among the residents and staff, and ensure adequate shift coverage. ACCOUNTABILITY The CSEC Program Coordinator shall be supervised by and is accountable to the Group Home Supervisor. HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT Hours and days shall be scheduled according to the needs of the program. The primary hours of the coordinator will be four days per week 1pm-11pm. QUALIFICATIONS
