Accounts Payable Processor staff responsibilities
- Enter invoices in Accounts Payable system timely and accurately according to department policy
- Monitor invoice approvals per company policy
- Match invoices to Purchase Orders and review all matching exceptions
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding status of invoices
- Process electronic payments for invoices in accordance with company policy
- Process check payments and mailing
Vendor Data Processor staff responsibilities
- Review new vendor requests to ensure compliance with company policy
- Create new vendors in Accounts Payable system timely and accurately according to department policy
- Validate requests from vendors to update payment details
- Review vendor list to ensure accuracy of vendor data including TIN matching
- Receive W-9 copies from vendors and review to confirm withholding status according to IRS regulations
- Create and distribute 1099's annually according to IRS regulations

Education/Certification Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- 2+ years related experience and/or training
- Able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- Able to process a high volume of transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Responsive to changing priorities and requirements
- Courteous and professional attitude toward external and internal customers
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook

- Position Title: Processor III
- Salary Range: $18.27-$19.23/hr

Benefits are based on employment status and may not be available for temporary or part-time employees.

The final compensation will be determined during the hiring process based on these considerations. For positions available outside the United States, salaries will take into account local currency and market conditions, which may differ from the USD salary range.
