POSITION SPECIFICS We are seeking a Division Head for the Command, Control, and Communications Innovations (C3I) Division to join the Information Advantage Office of the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) at Penn State. C3I specializes in innovative engineering approaches to hardware/software/firmware integration and research in maximizing strengths of the human-machine team. C3I consists of 4 departments: Integrated Communications; Applied Communications; Human-Machine Teaming; Electrical and Mechanical Solutions. The Division Head will report directly to the Head of the Information Advantage Office and will be responsible for managing the division's research engineers, scientists, technicians, and support personnel. This position will be filled as either a Research and Development Engineer or a non-tenure Research Faculty. Faculty will be commensurate with education and experience. Minimally requires a Master's degree in an engineering or science discipline and 10 years' related experience. Required skills/experience areas include:
