About This Role


As the Technical Product Owner on the Product Development Team you will play a pivotal role in leading Uniti's suite of service provider products by working to define, build, and launch innovative technology solutions that delight customers at scale. This position is responsible for clearly articulating the problem to be solved, establishing KPIs, communicating a compelling vision, and publishing essential product documentation. Duties include building relationships across the business, technical, and operations organizations, developing and maintaining product requirements that align with business needs, drafting data/user/product flows, and preparing methods and procedures.



What You'll Do



  • Collaborate proactively with subject matter experts throughout the organization to understand current processes, systems, and data flows, and jointly design solutions that enhance and optimize operations.
  • Produce thorough documentation that outlines the project context, desired end state, and a phased implementation roadmap. This documentation includes requirements, visual flows, code generated from vibe coding tools, and procedural methods.
  • Publish clear and concise communications tailored to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Lead product development initiatives to support the optimization of products and processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through enthusiastic problem-solving and innovative thinking.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage project work, aligning with company strategy and organizational priorities.



Do You Have?



  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, with development teams, operational departments, stakeholders, and executive leaders; proficiency communicating technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience communicating with business and operations stakeholders, interpreting their needs into first draft requirements/process flows/roadmaps, and refining those documents based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Expertise managing products through their lifecycle and measuring success at each stage.
  • Background in program management.



Even Better



  • Proficiency with reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com and Asana to manage the delivery of products.
  • Experience using AI to drive Product related outcomes (including few-shot, role-based, and context chaining) that yield actionable product requirements, data/operations/user flows, and roadmap priorities.
  • Ability to convert natural language requirements into code snippets to support software development partners. Familiarity with prompt libraries.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.



Minimum Requirements



  • College degree and at least 3 years of experience in a technical product role.


The starting compensation range for this job is $76,100 to $99,900.
