We have a great opportunity for you to join AEI in a Field Services Representative role in our Washington, DC office.

Why We Need You:

In this role, you will carry out activities related to project construction and contract administration including developing and coordinating system test procedures, organizing user training sessions, administering functional performance tests, conducting field observations, attending progress meetings, and assisting in document control.

Expertise of our most successful Field Services Representative:

    Construction administration experience in a field-based role, such as project superintendent, trade foreman or project engineer.
  • Advanced knowledge of building systems with an emphasis in at least one area such as HVAC, plumbing or piping, electrical, or instrumentation and controls.
  • Full understanding of applicable design codes, design standards and specification requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction and general knowledge of operations/maintenance methods.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and other construction-based software.
  • Valid state driver's license for job site travel.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $135,000 to $149,000
