The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $37,400 - $48,600 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

As a Talent Development Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting employee growth and engagement across the company. From managing HR systems and publishing online learning content, to coordinating training logistics and providing day-to-day administrative support, this role helps ensure our talent initiatives run smoothly and make an impact.

What you'll do:

  • Administer and maintain our HR Talent systems, including the Learning Management System (LMS), Engagement Platform, and other tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and the Talent team to create and publish online learning content.
  • Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for workshops, training sessions, and other development events.
  • Provide documentation support for talent programs, processes, and system usage, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis of learning and engagement metrics.
  • Act as a point of contact for system-related questions and troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed.
  • Support the Talent team with administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED a college degree or some college a plus.
  • Experience working with confidential data.
  • Experience drafting documents and using software platforms is required
  • Basic knowledge of HR Talent systems such as a Learning Management System (LMS), and/or survey software (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, MS Forms) is preferred.
  • Experience training others (formally or informally) and familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva, etc.) is preferred.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • General technical capabilities, as well as the ability to learn new computer systems and platforms.
  • Project Management skills, including strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail in documentation, scheduling, and data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and communicate with diverse stakeholders, and the ability to structure content logically and view it from the learner's perspective.
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, especially related to system administration and user support.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and organizational information.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Typical demands of an office environment, including sitting, talking, listening, keyboarding, and occasional lifting of 50 pounds or less.
