PAY RANGE The Target Pay Range for this position is $138,300.00-$169,000.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $107,400.00 - $199,900.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE: As a Sr. Systems Engineer at BECU, you'll play a pivotal role in modernizing our mortgage experience by building the infrastructure that powers our new Loan Origination System (LOS) using ICE Encompass. Your work will directly impact our members by ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable systems that support faster delivery of features and services. You'll lead the design and automation of CI/CD pipelines, enabling seamless deployments and integrations across environments. Collaborating with internal teams and vendors, you'll help shape the future of our technology landscape. If you're located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila, we are requesting that you come into our HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.For those candidates that live outside the commute distance of TFC and in any of our approved remote work locations, this role will be remote.
