Position Title: Process Technician - 1st Shift
Wage: $25.00 - $30.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 2:00pm Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Process Technician at a company in Janesville, WI. This is a direct hire position for 1st shift. Apply today! Process Technician Responsibilities: - Assist the Product Development Team with process debug and tooling/product qualification safely, effectively, and efficiently - Assist in meeting or exceeding efficiency, utilization, scrap, quality and safety goals - Assist Product Development Team to optimize machine capacity, setup conditions, processes and tooling - Coordinate with the Maintenance staff for equipment repairs prior to new tooling qualification and assist as needed - Coordinate with the tooling staff to ensure efficient installation of new tooling and modifications to tooling during new tooling qualification and assist as needed - Coordinate with the setup staff to install new tooling prior to new tooling qualification and assist as needed - Coordinate with quality control for approval of new product - Document processes for new products Requirements for Process Technician: - Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical equipment - At least three years of set up experience in a manufacturing environment - Associate's degree or continuing education certificate preferred - Outstanding mechanical skills - High safety standards - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Able to stand for extended periods of time - Able to bend and reach throughout shift - Able to lift up to 40lbs - Manual dexterity janesvilleresumes@qpsemployment.com IND028 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
