We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing department. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Firm's marketing initiatives by building and distributing client communications, updating the website and intranet, managing contact data, processing requests, generating reports, analyzing readership data, and providing essential administrative support. This is not a writing role, but it publishes, updates, and distributes written Firm materials. Are you ready to join a high-performing team and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? In this role, you will:

- Support client event activities and communications (invitations and eUpdates) by using email and our CRM platform for articles and invitations.
- Help with CRM data management, such as managing the Data Change Management inbox and updating client contact information in the Firm's CRM platform.
- Record all Firm attendance results in CRM platform.
- Collaborate with various individuals to complete communications for clients, marketing and business development events, and seminars/webinars. Includes using software for building lists, registration pages, etc.
- Distribute client alerts, mailings, invitations, announcements, etc.
- Apply basic word processing requests.
- Update firm accolades in graphic form and apply updates to website.
- Aggregate and analyze readership data to identify meaningful opportunities and generate "scorecards" for authors of thought leadership articles.
- Process administrative data management requests.
- Coordinate with other department members and administrative departments, as appropriate, on projects to improve business development support of attorneys.
- Track and provide reports monthly and ad-hoc on website usage, e-mail volumes, clients reached, etc.
- Post and update content on the Firm's intranet.
- May be requested to perform other duties not mentioned above.

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience working in a similar or relevant position at a law firm or other professional services organization.
- High computer literacy, with ability to learn new systems quickly. Proficient in Microsoft Word, HTML, SEO, InDesign, CRM, and content management systems.
- Strong editing skills, with high attention to detail and a big emphasis on precision and accuracy.
- Strong verbal communication skills and ability to interact successfully and collaboratively with others. Excellent consultative and consensus-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines accurately under intense time constraints.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the Firm's entire marketing team.

The pay range for this position in Minnesota only is $28.68 to $37.12 per hour.

This range represents Dorsey's good faith estimate of likely compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will be dependent upon a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills and location and may fall outside of the range indicated.
