We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Project Integrator, Lead to work out of Schriever Space Force Base in Colorado supporting

PAY: $140,000-$175,000

JOB SUMMARY:

USfalcon is seeking a Project Integrator to support the development and execution of the 392d Combat Training Squadron's (392 CTS) exercise support to USSF. This role involves leading a team of exercise planners, subject matter experts and support staff in designing, planning, preparing, executing, and evaluating USSF exercises. The Project Integrator position requires a mix of project management, exercise planning, and administrative skills to ensure the effective exercise support activities that are part of the 392 CTS mission. Location: This position is located at Schriever SFB, CO, and requires on-site support.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:



  • Leads the Gemini Joint Venture team of exercise planners, subject matter experts, and support staff responsible for designing, planning, preparing, executing, and evaluating USSF's exercises
  • Executes contract and project management activities in support of the 392 CTS exercise task orders
  • Interfaces daily with the Government customer to ensure the contract team is progressing towards the accomplishment of project work and deliverables
  • Primary interface between employees and Gemini JV corporate offices
  • Assists in developing the overall strategy and vision, and acts as the primary link between the organizational strategic objectives and the contract team's performance to satisfy those objectives through the task order work activities
  • Manages limited resources efficiently and effectively to accomplish task order work within the project constraints of scope, quality, schedule, budget, resources, and risks
  • Identifies and translates project requirements and adjusts resources to adapt to changing requirements within the scope of effort to meet the task order deliverables
  • Works with appropriate stakeholders to determine requirements to provide a robust service exercise capability in support SpOC mission readiness requirements
  • Identifies and implements measures to improve performance, procedures, and quality of product or services to improve work efficiency and provide increasing value to the customer
  • Fosters professional development of USSF exercise team members
  • Attends weekly organizational meetings, as necessary, to maintain awareness of the 392 CTS Commander's priorities, tasks, issues


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • 10 years of technical experience within the Department of Defense (DoD), United States Air Force (USAF), or United States Space Force (USSF)
  • Minimum 3 years exercise planning experience supporting USSF exercises
  • Limited travel (Up to 15%)



PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Have a solid understanding of USSFs space mission areas and knowledge of current space policy and doctrine
  • Experience with DoD acquisition and/or contracting processes
  • SPACE FLAG exercise planning experience
  • Strong understanding of Space Force operations, wargames, exercises, and M&S integration
  • Experience within the DoD, Intelligence Community (IC), or industry applying project management processes to create and manage project plans, resulting in timely delivery of project milestones across interrelated efforts.
  • Experience using risk management concepts and strategies to ensure project success
  • Possess working knowledge of tools used for exercise planning (e.g., Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), Joint Master Scenario Events List (JMSEL), Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS)).
  • Experience with modeling and simulation tools and techniques


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred. Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

REQUIRED CLEARANCE: Top Secret/SCI clearance with Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility.
