Description

Primary Purpose:

Provides a variety of administrative/support services for upper management staff and various departments in the Region suite. This position will serve as a facilitator to coordinate schedules, obtain requested information, maintain reports and other related activities while looking out for the best interests of upper management and our company.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Compose and type correspondence, memos and emails as needed.

Use tact, discretion, and good judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.

Perform general administrative duties to include copying, faxing, scanning, filing, etc.

Order and maintain office supplies as needed.

Manage Board Room, conference room and dining room scheduling and changes as needed.

Assist with meeting preparation, and follow up, as needed.

Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.

Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Provide general support and guidance to staff and other departments as necessary.

Greet visitors as needed.

Answer telephones and switchboard as needed.

Job Specifications:

High school graduate.

Ability to maintain confidentiality in any and all situations.

Ability to think outside the box on special projects.

Thorough understanding of office procedures and equipment.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google, etc.)

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Good attendance is required.

Ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, make basic decisions, and multi-task.

Very organized and detail oriented.
