What You Can Expect Working in the Sales Support Specialist Position

The Sales Support Specialist provides day-to-day support to the Territory Sales Managers by assisting with account activity and operational needs. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, including product availability, order status, account details, and invoicing. The Specialist collaborates closely with internal teams such as Dispatch, Service, and Accounting to ensure issues are resolved quickly and accurately. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, this position delivers clear and timely communication while fostering positive relationships. The Sales Support Specialist also plays a key role in making it easy to do business with SiteBox Storage, balancing customer needs with protecting the company's interests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares accurate quotes and supporting documentation for SiteBox Storage product lines.
  • Enters, updates, and maintains customer orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinates and schedules deliveries in alignment with operational team guidelines.
  • Processes order changes and adjustments in a timely manner.
  • Monitors and tracks order status to ensure accuracy, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develops an understanding of customer needs and account history to support relationship growth.
  • Maintains thorough and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Communicates account updates, changes, and issues to the Regional Sales Manager promptly.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Basic Accounting and Math skills.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the SiteBox Storage product line
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Experience proofreading and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
