Position Description R.S Hughes is looking for a talented Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team and help spearhead our growth for the Market. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical and active role in day-to-day sales operations. This is an excellent opportunity to be one of the key members of our Sales team and position yourself for unique career growth opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a sales professional demonstrating the ability to achieve sales targets and exhibit our core values. Compensation Our merit-based salary/bonus program offers exceptional growth opportunities. Target first year Compensation range (base + incentive) for this Exempt role is $125-140k DOE. This is a Full-Time position, eligible to participate in the Company's benefit plans including: Paid Time off; major medical, dental, vision; Company paid short-term and long-term disability; paid parental leave; various supplemental benefit plans; and Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). #LI-KD1 Education
Bachelors of Business Administration (required)
Experience
