This position prioritizes daily orders in various Salesforce queues to ensure on-time delivery to our customers. Work with team members and leadership for opportunities in how we track and manage our orders through the system that will drive customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, customer service, and management teams. Responsible for upholding the values and culture of the department through positivity and teamwork. Act as a support system for internal and external customers. Serve our customers with passion, purpose and excellence while adhering to company policies and procedures.

JOB SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

This position prioritizes daily orders in various Salesforce queues to ensure on-time delivery to our customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Manage Daily Order Queues

    • Monitor and close pending and aging orders
    • Utilize Salesforce Dashboards to manage your closed cases
    • Follow order requirements for third party payers and other contracts for all markets
    • Work with distribution and manufacturing facilities when requested to support customer needs
    • Advise and inform management on customer fulfillment escalations


  • Meet or exceed all established scorecard requirements.
  • Successfully complete all Trainings/assessments with an 80% or better outcome
  • Perform other duties/responsibilities as assigned


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements



  • Education (i.e., 4-year college degree, license, certification)

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience


  • Experience (i.e., years of work experience related to the job)

    • 2 Years Minimum of Professional Customer Service or Manufacturing experience preferred
    • Oracle Order Management and CRM experience preferred

  • Strong computer foundation with ability to multi-task between numerous applications

Salary and Other Compensation:

The target pay range for this position is between $20.36- $25.24 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
