Aleron has an exciting direct opportunity for a HR and Benefits Specialist. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic and motivated team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provides consultation, guidance, and employee reporting to the internal Aleron team as well as customers, vendors and associate suppliers on HR and Benefits related matters.
  • Tracks and provides outreach and follow-up to contractors and staff for compliance information.
  • Acts as the main point of contact and administrator for the company's background investigation analysis and approval process. This includes working closely with our operations team throughout the country to collect all pertinent information on each potential issue, providing advice for follow-up communications, and providing guidance into placement decisions and appropriate action items while working within a multi-state environment and within the guidelines of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), applicable State laws, and customer business requirements.
  • Works with L&D to develop, refresh and roll out compliance trainings such as OFCCP, Background and Drug testing process review.
  • Serves as the POC for Job Analysis submissions, provides review and guidance to requests and contractor onboarding documents.
  • Provides review, analysis, and reconciles company medical plan billing and invoicing.
  • Reporting to state sites to comply with state requirements. (ex. new hire)
  • Supports ongoing administration of employee data in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Supports various other HR and Benefits administrative responsibilities and functions.
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associates degree
  • At least one years in an administrative role that requires attention to detail and managing a large volume of information
  • Proven ability to analyze and manage data
  • Demonstrated experience in making independent judgement decisions and providing guidance in matters of significance
  • MS Office experience- Excel skills
  • Demonstrable experience working in a highly sensitive environment regarding confidential employee and company information
  • Experience working effectively with teams and managing expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a HR position which extends into a multi-state environment
  • Experience providing advice and direction to staff seeking guidance
