Here's what you'd do:

• The MarCom Specialist assists in the development of routine marketing communication materials required to support marketing plans and programs.
• Assists with the maintenance of electronic libraries for use in routine advertising, brochures, internet and intranet development, presentations and trade shows.
• Assists in preparing routine reports and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness.
• Assists in coordinating routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness and demand generation campaigns.
• Assists with project tracking for the Marketing Communications department.
• Assists Marketing Communications Manager to create digital marketing material such flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches.
• Maintains Angiography USA Intranet and Internet with content management system and Sharepoint tools
• Manages operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners.
• Maintains content libraries and ensures usability for sales
• Manages and executes internal communication projects such as internal newsletter.

• Hours: 40 Hours/Week 1^st Shift

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications or Marketing
• Minimum 2 years of experience with operational and project management

• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps
• Communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
