Press Operator Assistant

Staffmark is hiring a Press Operator Assistant to join a leading manufacturing team in Edgerton, OH. This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to grow their skills in manufacturing.

Pay: $17.14/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday

What You'll Do:

• Assist press operators in the safe and efficient production of metal parts
• Catch, inspect, and pack parts coming off the press line
• Move materials and parts as needed to support production flow
• Perform basic quality checks using tolerance guidelines
• Follow all safety and operational procedures to minimize downtime
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for 8+ hours per shift
• Perform bending, twisting, and other physical tasks as required

• Entry-level - no prior experience required
• Ability to lift 25-40 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment
