Position Title: Senior Technical Consultant - Facilities and Space

Reports to: IT Project Manager

Subsidiary: Leisnoi Professional Services, LLC

Location: Arlington and Falls Church, VA

Job Status: Regular Full -Time

Position Summary:

Leisnoi Professional Solutions, LLC has an immediate need for a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Facilities and Space Management to support the Department of Defense's Office of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO). This role focuses on providing technical expertise and support in managing building and space operations, ensuring effective facility guidance to enhance the CDAO facility programs and personnel.

Responsibilities and Duties



  • Provide technical expert advice and assistance to OCDAO leadership on building and space management.
  • Evaluate, advise, and resolve issues related to all elements of Facilities & Space Management (FSM).
  • Assist with operational tasks across multiple facilities while maintaining efficiency in fast-paced settings.
  • Oversee and direct technical and administrative activities for facility projects, including long-term renovations.
  • Collaborate with OCDAO team members to define, validate, and project future operational space requirements.
  • Participate in maintaining accurate property records in the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS).
  • Plan and manage multiple space renovation projects, setting standards, and achieving targeted outcomes.
  • Advise on regulatory developments affecting space management practices.
  • Coordinate changes in spatial needs, office relocations, and space reconfiguration efforts.
  • Provide guidance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and I.T. matters.
  • Operate expertly within classified environments by managing sensitive and controlled information.


Basic Qualifications and Skills Required



  • Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years' experience in facility operations across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing renovation projects and maintaining accountability in DPAS
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain high discretion and confidentiality levels.
  • Highly motivated, capable of managing demanding workloads and competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication, integrity, critical thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint; proficient in MS Teams, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
