The Learning Experience Consultant (P3) plays a critical role within DaVita's Learning & Development Center of Excellence (CoE) in Wisdom and serves as a bridge between strategic learning priorities and the execution of high-complex learning design that leverages innovative methods and technology within a wider learning ecosystem. This role partners with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and Learning Center of Excellence teammates to scope, design, develop and manage complex learning solutions that increase performance and drive business impact with measurable results. This role also supports learning governance and intake, helping to scope and set up learning project requests on behalf of the Learning Center of Excellence.

Our ideal hire will have a strong background in adult learning theory, project management, learning consultation and instructional design development tools (Articulate 360, Microsoft Office tools, Adobe Creative Suite). They find fulfillment working in a fast-paced, agile environment and have demonstrated success working on project teams.

Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To

  • Learning Strategy & Solution Architect - Translates business needs into end-to-end learning solutions; defines learning journeys and modality strategies; designs and develops multi-modal learning solutions that address complex capability gaps; aligns designs with enterprise learning standards, accessibility, and technology ecosystems.
  • Learning Governance & Stakeholder Management - Supports Learning Center of Excellence intake and governance; Partners with business leaders to clarify requirements and success criteria; serves as primary point of contact for learning projects; facilitates design workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder reviews.

  • Project Management - Leads cross-functional project teams (e.g. IDs, SMES, media, vendors); develops and manages detailed project plans, timelines and deliverables; monitors project progress, mitigates risks and ensures consistent communication with stakeholders.

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation - stays ahead of learning technology trends and brings forward innovative approaches; evaluates learning solution effectiveness using data and recommends improvements; shares best practices and contributes to the growth of design capabilities across team; supports change adoption through clear communication, training, documentation and mentorship.

  • Other Duties as Assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of work experience in adult learning design & development.

  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale learning projects end-to-end

  • Strong Project Management and Stakeholder Management skills

  • Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools/software (Articulate 360, Camtasia)

  • Experience applying human-centered design and design thinking to develop training (instructor-led, self-study, web-based, virtual)

  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading
    Computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving demands.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree preferred.
  • Advanced level with e-learning authoring tools/software (Articulate 360) and graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)

  • Proficiency in a Learning Management System (e.g. Cornerstone on Demand)

  • Formal Instructional Design training and/or certifications

Travel and Time Requirements

  • Travel: 0-15%

The Salary Range for the role is $68,000.00-$100,000.00 per year. If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position. New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
