Position Purpose |
Partners with HR colleagues and key stakeholders across the institution to support all compensation and salary planning initiatives including market research and analysis, internal equity analysis, annual merit review administration and client support including ad-hoc studies and/or projects. Supports on-going administrative processes, enhances Compensation department efficiency and improves current practices. Provides project management support and may lead small projects or workstreams within medium to large scale projects. Provides mentoring and guidance to colleagues as needed. Other miscellaneous duties as required. |

Preference is for on-site/hybrid work arrangement, however, for the right candidate - remote option may be considered. |

Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience |
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities |
- Two years experience in an Analyst role (e.g. HR or Finance).
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Exercises the highest degree of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills, and ability to tie analysis and recommendations to broader HR or organizational strategy and culture.
- Strong organization skill, able to prioritize appropriately, manage multiple tasks and deadlines and adapt to change.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications |
- Compensation experience.
- Project management or program implementation experience.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Suite; ability to learn new software with ease.
