Salary Range: $119k - $132k

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide expertise in operating and managing enterprise file services. This role is 100% remote, unless specifically called to attend a meeting at the customer's site.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will:

• Manage enterprise file services, ensuring stability, security, and accessibility for thousands of users and devices.
• Oversee directory and authentication functions, including user and computer account management.
• Perform regular Windows 10/11 organizational unit (OU) cleanup and account maintenance tasks.
• Manage account deletions, renames, restores, and mailbox restores in compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and federal IT standards.
• Provide documentation, reporting, and best practices to support effective file service operations.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in systems engineering or related IT fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or under general direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
• U.S. Citizen, eligible for a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Prior experience supporting federal government environments.
• Experience with enterprise-level file services and Active Directory.
