Office of the Provost and Academic Affairs: The Office of the Provost and Academic Affairs provides oversight to UCF's academic enterprise, including the university's 12 colleges and academic administrative units. The office works with academic leaders, faculty, staff, students and advisors across UCF's colleges and multiple campuses to ensure excellence and drive world-class teaching and research. The Opportunity: The Executive Assistant III is a highly visible role representing the Office of the Provost and Academic Affairs and serving as the first face of contact for the Provost and Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs. The position is responsible for providing executive administrative and operational support to the Provost. The role is essential for enhancing operational efficiency, managing priorities, and enabling the Provost and other leadership to focus on institutional goals and executive decision-making. A high level of integrity and discretion is key for this role. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:
