As a Senior Engineer within Baxter's R&D department, your contributions directly impact the lives of others in a meaningful way. The work is demanding, but you won't be navigating it alone. • Ensure requirements are testable and can be verified and validated
• Author/review verification and reliability test protocols
• Work together with internal and external testing facilities to pinpoint suitable resources and collect verification and validation data
• Review, statistically analyze, and document pass/fail conclusions on gathered data
• Estimate, assess, and communicate progress towards the completion of verification and validation
• Support root cause identification, corrective actions, and re-verification/validation of identified product defects

• Bachelor's degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent technical field)
• Desired: 3 years of relevant technical experience or a master's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Proficient problem-solving skills
• Proficient communication abilities enabling effective teamwork within a collaborative setting
• Capability to multitask and complete multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with regulated industries and FDA Build Controls is preferred
• Working knowledge of statistical techniques is preferred

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $88,000-$120,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
