Job Overview As the Senior Manager, Enterprise Content Marketing, you will be a key leader responsible for developing and executing a global enterprise content strategy that positions Coursera as a leader in the future of learning and work. This role requires you to manage and empower a team of content marketers to produce high-quality, insightful, relevant, and actionable content across the enterprise buyer journey. You'll work closely with marketing and sales stakeholders as well as the Enterprise PR team to align content efforts with business priorities, ensuring our content not only earns audience trust but also accelerates the sales pipeline. You are a creative, motivated, and collaborative individual who values the opportunity to make an impact. Compensation US Zone 1 - San Francisco Metro, New York City Metro or Seattle Metro $178,500 - $210,000 USD US Zone 2 - CA (outside of SF Bay Area), CO, CT, DC, GA, IL, MA, MD, NY/NJ (other than NYC), OR, RI, TX, VA, WA (other than Seattle) $155,975 - $183,500 USD US Zone 3 - all other US locations $147,050 - $173,000 USD The range(s) listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change. Salary is just one component of Coursera's total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for a bonus program and equity in the form of RSU's.
