Lee Health is seeking an experience Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider!

Lee Physician Group is looking for an experienced Palliative Care Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (APRNs) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our busy growing practices in Fort Myers. We have a long established Palliative Care program that is integrated into the health system. It will be hospital-based care as part of a multidisciplinary team with physician and medical social work support. EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation for both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Position Description:

  • Full-Time, Monday-Friday
  • Covering 1-2 weekend days a month; service is 7 days a week
  • Will have dedicated location but may be asked to cover other locations based on census
  • EPIC EHR and Dragon Dictation for both inpatient and outpatient settings

Requirements:

  • Board Certified APRN or PA
  • Active license in the state of Florida (or ability to obtain this license prior to start)
  • BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
  • Experience working in palliative care required
