Department: Tekla PowerFab Steel Fabrication Management Software Location: Lake Oswego, OR Travel: 50% *Are you a Tekla PowerFab user passionate about sharing your knowledge?* We're seeking a skilled individual to train our customers on maximizing the potential of Tekla PowerFab. Your Role: Deliver engaging and effective Tekla PowerFab training sessions. Provide on-site and remote support. What You Will Do As a Technical Training Specialist you'll take charge of crafting dynamic, multi-level technical training programs for both internal and external sales and marketing teams. You'll be at the forefront, identifying program requirements, gathering technical data, managing schedules, and maintaining meticulous training records. Your mission is to tailor training programs to precisely meet client expectations and constantly enhance the delivery through valuable feedback. Assist new or existing clients with training needs and questions such as new client installation on server or local system set-up, networking, typical interoperability between products, and product-specific questions Provide technical training via various onsite and virtual training methods Create and update materials for classroom trainings and eLearning courses Provide client support by actively working in the training queue when not in training or working on training documentation What Skills & Experience You Should Bring Construction or PowerFab experience, 2+ years Minimum of 2+ years of training and presentation experience to medium and small groups, both remote and in-person Ability to educate a variety of roles and parties involved in the project (IT, Operations, Users) Excellent written, verbal, visual, and interpersonal communication skills which transcend language and cultural barriers Ability to make effective, timely decisions Knowledge of Google Suite (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Travel up to 50%, onsite training no more than two(2) weeks per month About Our Division Tekla is an Industry-leading 3d modeling software. Compensation: Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Hiring Range $70,278.00-$91,478.00 Pay Rate Type Salary Bonus Eligible? Yes Commission Eligible?
