Job Summary:
M1 is looking for a Production Supervisor with the following knowledge and experience:
The Production Supervisor for M1 Services at CFT North Island HSM-41 is responsible for overseeing daily
production activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality
standards. This role leads a team of production personnel, coordinates resources, and monitors progress to
meet program goals. The Production Supervisor collaborates with other departments to ensure smooth
workflow, drive continuous improvement, and deliver high-quality support to HSM-41 operations.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Assists Deputy Program Manager in achieving cost, schedule, and performance goals of the NAS
North Island Ca contract IAW the PWS, company policy, and applicable government regulatory
guidance.
* Functions as a Maintenance Supervisor, Quality & Safety Supervisor, and by shift as assigned.
Manages the aircraft, aircraft systems and weapon systems required. Serves as the alternate
interface and point of contact with Government as needed.
* Assists Deputy Program Manager by overseeing site contractor personnel job performance
supporting operations by developing procedures, planning, and directing maintenance and
administrative support effort.
* Plans, organizes, and directs operations to meet PWS requirements.
* Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease cycle time and streamline
workflow processes.
* Develops and sustains a culture of safety, quality compliance, and professionalism.
* Ensures 100% safe, on time, properly configured, reliable aircraft to perform missions in
accordance with the PWS.
* Ensures compliance with directives, technical manuals, work standards, safety procedures, and
company policies relating to fleet management/operations.
* Ensures sufficient manpower, technical data, tools and equipment are available to meet PWS
requirements.
* Monitors attendance, approves timecards, assigns overtime.
* Apply Company policy and procedures pertaining to the promotion, training, discipline, and
termination of employees.
* Ensure employees possess the qualifications and certifications necessary to perform their jobs

Qualifications and Experience:
* High School graduate or equivalent required.
* 15 years of aircraft maintenance experience, 5 years in a managerial/supervisory position of
an operation with high performance multi-type/model/series aircraft managing a high tempo operation.
* Demonstrated ability to manage large and diverse teams and effectively provide guidance,
direction, and supervision of contracted effort such as quality control and compliance.
* Knowledge of CNAFINST 4790.2.
* Demonstrated experience with CBA and management of a unionized workforce.
* Able to obtain/maintain security clearance as required by PWS.
* Must possess competent computer skills.
* Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
* Must be able to move about both inside aircraft hangars and outside on aircraft ramps within
proximity of running equipment and aircraft.
* Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines while
maintaining a professional and non-confrontational attitude.
Working Conditions:
* The role is based in a helicopter flightline environment, which includes exposure to loud noise, aircraft
operations, and moving vehicles. The production area may involve working around helicopters and other
aviation equipment.
* Standard full-time hours, with potential for extended hours, shift work, or on-call duties to meet operational
needs or respond to mission requirements.
* The position may require standing, walking, as well as working in confined or elevated spaces. Must be
comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment with exposure to outdoor elements and
fluctuating weather conditions.
* Strict adherence to flightline safety protocols and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including
hearing protection, high-visibility vests, and other required safety gear, is mandatory at all times.
