This high-impact role is part of a major program supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission-one of the most critical and fast-evolving domains in national defense. Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver formal Initial Qualification Training (IQT) to personnel supporting platform- and weapon system-specific ISR operations at the Squadron, Operational Support Squadron, Group, or Wing level.

• Design and update course materials, develop immersive training exercises, and ensure curriculum reflects the latest technologies, systems, and tools.

• Lead pre-mission briefings and administer academic testing to assess readiness and retention.

• Train on advanced ISR topics including RADAR/IR theory, SIGINT, GEOINT, Special Payloads, Weapons Capabilities and Threats, Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment, and key Air Force mission sets such as ISR, Close Air Support, Combat Search and Rescue, Counter-land, Counter-Sea, and Strike Coordination and Reconnaissance.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. (Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)

• Proven instructor experience.

• Active TS/SCI security clearance required on day one.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise.

• Formal instructor certification.
