SUMMARY The Salesforce Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, including deep integration with MuleSoft. This individual will serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders and project teams, guiding architectural decisions to align with business goals and Salesforce best practices. Defines the Salesforce architecture strategy, including data model, integration approach, security, and scalability considerations. Designs and leads the implementation of Salesforce platform solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform customizations. Partners with development teams to integrate external systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Serves as a technical advisor and thought leader on Salesforce capabilities, roadmap, and innovations. Conducts architecture and design reviews to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Defines and enforces governance and design standards across the Salesforce ecosystem. Guides development teams during build phases, providing technical oversight and resolving issues. Contributes to long-term platform roadmap planning, licensing, and budgeting. Provides mentorship and training to Salesforce admins, developers, and analysts. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE Ten (10) or more years of experience in IT Five (5) or more years of experience as a Salesforce Architect Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Application/System Architect MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Developer SKILLS Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and event-driven architecture Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Knowledge of designing and implementing MuleSoft APIs and integrations Knowledge of modern CI/CD tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins Proficient in Salesforce Data Architecture, Security Architecture, and DevOps practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, particularly in collaboration with Product Manager, key stakeholders and other IT professionals.
