The Job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of key projects across our Sales and Commercial Growth departments supporting the external distribution channels. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

No direct supervisory responsibility. May represent the project manager in meetings but does not make binding decisions. May coordinate work across teams but does not have authority to assign tasks outside agreed scope.

You Will

Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate tasks, meetings, and deliverables with internal teams and external vendors.

Track project progress and report status updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.

Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.

Support project documentation efforts, including meeting notes, status reports, and project artifacts.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.

Help manage project tools and systems for tracking progress, timelines, and resource allocation.

Participate in process improvement efforts and contribute to best practices in project management.

Your Qualifications

Bachler's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience preferred.

PMP or CAPM certification (or willingness to pursue) is a plus.

1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management support roles.
