Job Title: Office Observation & Audit Assistant (2-Week Contract) Duration: 2 Weeks Location: On-site Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts Job Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Observation & Audit Assistant for a short-term, 2-week contract. This role involves conducting an observational study across assigned office floors, tracking occupancy and desk usage. Key responsibilities include: * Walking designated office floors and counting the number of people and desks. * Documenting findings using a provided iPad. * Assisting with basic auditing tasks as directed. * Standing and walking, including going up and down stairs, for the majority of the workday. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable with light physical activity, and has a keen eye for detail. Required Skills & Qualifications * Previous office experience. * Basic data entry skills. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to walk up and down stairs and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day). Preferred Skills * Experience using Excel (basic functions). * Strong observational and documentation skills. Experience Level Entry Level - Ideal for candidates looking to gain short-term experience in a professional setting. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
