You'll be responsible for processing reports, performing high-volume data entry, and managing operational tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities * Perform accurate and timely data entry across various systems * Process and generate reports as assigned * Take ownership of operational functions and ensure completion of related tasks * Monitor exception reports and apply necessary corrections or adjustments * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity Required Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of office experience, preferably in a data entry or operations role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) * Strong typing and computer skills * Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities * Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently * Strong communication skills - comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity Preferred Experience * Experience in DATA ENTRY, banking, credit unions, or financial services Soft Skills * Positive attitude and proactive mindset * Comfortable with routine and repetitive tasks * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively * Strong sense of accountability and ownership * Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Experience Level Entry Level - Great opportunity for candidates looking to grow within the financial services industry. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
