What You'll Do
* Review & Evaluate: Analyze 15 recorded calls and screen interactions daily to assess agent performance. * Score & Document: Use established QA scorecards to record findings and provide actionable feedback. * Collaborate: Participate in calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency across the QA team. * Maintain Productivity: Meet daily quotas and expectations, whether working in-office or remotely. What You Bring * Experience: Minimum 1 year in a call center or customer service environment. * Detail-Oriented Mindset: Ability to spot process deviations and ensure accuracy. * Tech Savvy: Comfortable navigating internal systems and reviewing multimedia recordings. * Reliable & Independent: Strong attendance, punctuality, and self-motivation-especially when working from home. * Team Player: Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement. Tools You'll Use * Microsoft Office Suite * Alvaria * Mainframe systems Work Environment This is a hybrid role requiring a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace on remote workdays. We value flexibility, but also dependability-your consistency helps us deliver excellence. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
