Position Title: Dispatcher Position Summary The Dispatcher plays a critical role in coordinating personnel, vehicles, and equipment to ensure efficient and timely service delivery across NorCal, Nevada, and Arizona. This position requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to manage dynamic operational needs and support field teams effectively. Key Responsibilities * Schedule and dispatch drivers, vehicles, and service personnel to meet operational demands. * Monitor service routes and schedules to ensure timely execution and adjust as needed. * Communicate with field staff to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations. * Maintain accurate records of service calls, routes, personnel assignments, and dispatch activities. * Respond promptly to both emergency and non-emergency service requests. * Utilize dispatch software and communication tools to manage scheduling and coordination. * Collaborate with internal departments to optimize logistics and service delivery. Experience Level * Intermediate - 2+ years of relevant experience preferred. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
