*Job Title:* Mortgage Closer We are seeking a detail-oriented *Mortgage Closer* to support multiple lending channels and ensure efficient, high-quality loan closing operations. This role plays a critical part in meeting business and customer service objectives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Perform routine data entry and validation of loan documents * Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard insurance, flood certification, credit checks, etc.) * Scrub loan files to ensure accuracy of taxes, insurance, and fees * Handle routine calls, emails, and chat responses (no direct borrower interaction) * Work with both refinance and purchase loans * Target closing volume: 8-10 loans per day *Required Skills & Qualifications* * Minimum of 3 years of Mortgage Closing experience * Familiarity with Encompass loan origination system * Strong knowledge of FHA and VA loan products * General understanding of federal, state, and local mortgage regulations * Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team * Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
