Position Overview: The Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate bi-weekly processing of payroll within UKG, in accordance with company policy and applicable regulations. This role, reporting to the AVP, People Operations and Compliance and working with the Senior Payroll Specialist, is responsible for multiple payroll activities, maintaining accurate recordkeeping, ensuring a positive employee experience and collaborating across the human resources, finance and business operations to continually improve systems and processes. Duties and Responsibilities:
(new hires, terminations, LOA, pay changes, status changes, title changes, etc.)
Human Resources to ensure accuracy of employee data and the efficient processing of employee changes.
