The Central Plateau Cleanup Company (CPCCo) Project Integration team is seeking a self-directed Risk analyst that works well in a team environment. If you are a Risk Management or Project Management professional with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, we want to speak to you!

This position is part of the CPCCo Project Integration Estimating and Risk organization supporting projects to manage project risk and program level risks through identification, characterization, and capture of risk information at both levels. The successful candidate will apply their knowledge to support the implementation of the overall CPCCo risk management program in accordance with the DOE 413.3-7A, Risk Management Guide and other industry best practices.

A day in the life of a Risk Analyst under limited/general supervision, may involve but is not limited to:

* Collaborate with Integrated Project Teams, including Project Managers and Engineers, to build working relationships and support straightforward project tasks.
* Develop and maintain project and program risk registers, using standard procedures to gather and analyze risk information through workshops.
* Communicate risk information effectively, employing a working knowledge of company processes and customer needs.
* Identify and manage project risks for CPCCo, applying standard risk-informed decision-making techniques under limited supervision.
* Utilize built knowledge and best practices to contribute to the development of project baselines and schedules, addressing straightforward risk mitigation tasks.
* Support Task Order and Contract Change proposal development by assisting in risk analysis and management.
* Review Baseline Change Requests and Variance reports, supporting the analysis of risk impacts using standard procedures.
* Prepare and communicate straightforward monthly performance reports to senior management.
* Maintain current risk metrics and contribute to risk communications and audits, building knowledge of company processes.
* Record project risk data in EROMS and perform Monte Carlo Analysis using standard risk modeling software.
* Update risk procedures and desk instructions as needed, under limited supervision.
* Ensure compliance with CPCC policies and procedures.
* Incorporate ISMS principles into routine organizational activities.
* Assist with special projects and analyses, solving straightforward problems using standard procedures.


Basic Qualifications


* Intermediate Level Grade 17 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 4 years of relevant experience.

* Career Grade Level Grade 18 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 6 years of relevant experience.

The higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact. The level offered to the selected candidate will be based on the needs of the company and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience.


Desired Qualifications


* Knowledge of the integrated application of risk assessment techniques, risk models, statistical analysis, risk elicitation, and scheduling tools.
* Experience with creation, maintenance, and reporting outputs of Monte Carlo models.
* Experience and proficiency with programs; EROMS, Acumen Risk, Safran Risk, Crystal Ball or similar risk repository and risk modeling software's.
* Experience implementing EIA-748 Earned Value Management and project controls practices.
* Experience with Project Controls/Earned Value Management Systems (P6, Cobra or equivalent systems).
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and electronic/online data management systems.


Compensation & Benefits


In accordance with the CPCCo salary determination process, CPCCo takes into consideration the level of assigned job duties and responsibilities, and the candidate's education, training, and/or experience relative to internal peers and the external labor market. CPCCo will not solicit salary history for candidates.

Expected annualized pay range based on full time schedule (40 hours per week):

* Intermediate Level Grade 17: $84,350 - $134,700.

* Career Level Grade 18: $92,700 - $148,550.

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay awards.
