We move quickly but thoughtfully, and we're looking for a strong technical leader to guide us into the next phase of scaling the Convoy Platform. Candidate profile As a Principal Engineer on Broker Tech, you'll be one of possibly two senior technical leaders guiding the org. This role is both hands-on and strategic: you'll write high-quality code, set engineering standards, and shape the long-term technical direction of our platform. You'll also work cross-org to elevate the Convoy Platform as a whole, influencing system architecture, integration strategy, and how we scale to meet evolving broker and platform needs. For Washington-based candidates, in compliance with the Washington State Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is $218,000.000 - $274,000.00 + target bonus.
