This Position reports to: HR Business Partner The work model for the role is: Onsite - Mebane, NC Your role and responsibilities: Educates customers in policies, business processes and the correct usage of HR tools; Executes and delivers HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility. Acts as point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and delivers support across one or several service line(s); Supports cross-collaboration within HR Services operations and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies. Executes and delivers imperative and crucial assigned HR Services and certain legal responsibilities. Takes responsibility for the correct handling of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and escalations and therewith related process improvements. Qualifications for the role: Bachelor degree in business, human resources management or related field Minimum 2 years experience in HR operations as generalist in HR service lines (HR Information System, Employee Life Cycle, Learning & Development, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition) OR Associate degree PLUS minimum 4 years of related experience Preferred experience working in manufacturing environment Working knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and Workday preferred Must be willing to be people facing and interact with employee; ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams; Collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills Knowledge of local statutory, legal and labor law Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
