We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Sales Representative III As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business. TheSales Representative IIIhas a strongly developed, specialist knowledge regarding product, suppliers, and market competition; is proficient and competent in negotiation, analysis and market development; and is judicious in resolving complex account issues. Organization, execution and application of sales initiatives, policies and programs directly support business plans and strategic objectives in meeting annual company and individual goals. The Sale Representative III will provide support and assistance to outside sales, internal sales, operations, purchasing, quality and finance personnel, as requested; and in support of succession planning, this intermediate level position mentors Sales Representatives I and II and Sales Administrators. Demonstrated ability to communicate in a professional manner and persevere through completion of tasks Proven ability to learn and obtain technical product details and ability to communicate requirement and specifications effectively Proven ability to train, motivate and mentor less experienced Sales Representatives to excellence * About You
