Job Title:Electronic Banking Integration Specialist Job Description:
Summary

This position will be responsible for performing support and managing the implementation of all Electronic Banking Client Third Party Integrations. They provide service and support for existing Treasury Management (TM) and Specialty Banking (SBG) client's onboarding with software vendors. They will work closely with individuals from Vendor Management, Treasury Management, Deposit Operations, Specialty Banking, Electronic Banking and App Dev to ensure efficient and effective product implementation and utilization for clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reviews and responds to all new requests for internal software implementations for our (TM) Treasury and SBG Clients. This includes managing the process of implementing a new software vendor with our internal committees as well as(POC, ROC and any other committees that may be necessary) and maintaining agreements with software vendors and/ EB&T.

  • Responsibilities include leading end to end technical implementations of FTPS/SFTP for Software based clients.

  • Trains clients and provides back up to the Treasury Specialists and Electronic Banking Specialists (HOA/PM) in regards to third party integrations.

  • Manages and monitors the daily workflow and workload of third party integrations including new accounts and services being added to the client. Delegates to ensure work is completed accurately and timely.

  • Maintains existing client relationships by addressing any customer service needs for third partyintegrations.

  • Works closely with other internal departments to ensure a smooth transition for the client including SBGC Team, Treasury Sales Officers, Treasury Support Specialists, App Dev.

  • Works closely with the Manager to develop and maintain procedures, including training materials on the integration process.

  • Works with internal departments and Vendors on upgrades and projects to ensure a smooth client transition.

  • Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Management, Electronic Banking policies and procedures and bank operations/policies/procedures/regulations.

  • Advanced knowledge of Treasury Management products and services. Including third-party integrations using SFTP/FTPS.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complicated information to customers (internal and external).

  • Commitment to exceptional customer service. Ability to develop strong working relationships and interact well with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to communicate and collaborate in a team environment to produce needed outcomes and meet goals.

  • Motivated and open to change.

  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment. Excellent planning and organizational skills.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree(GED)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum five years banking operations experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience with Treasury Management products and services
