Description Maintain compliance with safety policies and procedures, including Material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemicals used. Uphold integrity by remaining attentive and organized to produce consistent quality products. Operate all pertinent laboratory equipment and instruments such as balances or digital scales, ovens and furnaces, moisture analyzers, etc. Notify supervisor when calibration or maintenance is needed for instruments. Perform routine in-process and post-production quality testing for physical properties and chemical properties of raw material and finished product in a timely manner to ensure shipping deadlines are met. Accurately record testing data according to product, ensuring product is within specification. Coordinate with the production, shipping, and commercial teams to prioritize testing based on customer requirements and product ship dates. Participate in releasing product for shipment and generating all necessary COA's. Identify and communicate any quality issues to supervisor. Assist in parts of investigations and resolution of non-conforming finished product issues in concert with operations, technical, and commercial teams Participate in both production and lab batch trials. Assists in raw material receiving and approval for production use. Other duties may be assigned from time to time at the discretion of the supervisor.
