Description

LaForce is looking for a dedicated Installer to work out of our Green Bay, WI location. In this hands-on role, you'll be installing doors, frames, and hardware in commercial buildings. We provide all the tools and safety gear needed, a work vehicle, and also cover your travel to job sites. Best of all, you'll enjoy day shift hours with no nights or weekends!

What You'll Do:



  • Installing doors, frames and hardware at customer sites and new commercial projects.
  • Understanding work orders and executing them accurately.
  • Problem-solving on the spot to adjust or replace materials as needed and ensure quality installations.
  • Adjusting or replacing existing materials and safely operating power and hand tools.
  • Representing our company professionally to keep customers happy and coming back.



What We're Looking For:

We value hard work and determination! Candidates should have 1-2 years of carpentry or construction experience. We are willing to train on the products and process but candidates must be interested and willing to learn. Additionally, 1-2 years of military experience will be considered in place of relevant carpentry or construction experience. A valid driver's license with an acceptable record is essential. You need to be able to lift heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship is a must! Candidates must also be able to pass a background check and drug test.
